“SCHNIFFELLS”®
Schniffells Exmoor Elixir bottle among rosemary, amber liquid, cream label with the bee wordmark

Exmoor Elixir · 330ml

The Elixir

Ginger-forward, honey-rounded, properly tart, with a warming peppery finish. Steeped, cold-filtered and bottled by hand, naturally preserved by its own low pH, with no additives and no preservatives.

Keep it in a cool dark place unopened; refrigerate once open.

How it Tastes

Front

Sharp fresh ginger heat leads, backed by earthy turmeric, closer to a ginger-forward tonic than a turmeric-led one.

Middle

Exmoor honey rounds the sharp edges, a gentle sweetness, never syrupy.

Lift

Lemon and apple cider vinegar bring a tart, bright structure, natural acidity that preserves without tasting sharp.

Finish

Rosemary and Ceylon cinnamon in the background; cayenne and Tellicherry pepper leave a long, warming, gently peppery finish.

Fresh lemons, rosemary, cinnamon sticks and dried cayenne pods arranged on a plate

Lemon, rosemary, cinnamon and cayenne: real, whole ingredients, nothing from a powder or concentrate.

Botanicals steeping in the amber brew

Steeping in the brew. Nothing rushed, nothing skipped.

The water

Drawn from the Exmoor hills

The water used to craft Schniffells is drawn from a naturally filtered private aquifer within ancient rock formations deep below the Exmoor hills. It never touches a treatment works or a municipal pipe.

Independent analysis found it to be exceptionally pure. It is the base of every batch.

Brewed like it matters

Every batch is small: fresh ginger and turmeric inspected and prepared by hand, carefully brewed and cold-filtered so the sediment settles out and the amber stays bright. Bottled into heat-sterilised glass and sealed by hand.

“Schniffells is prohibited by law to claim any health benefits, so decide for yourself.”
